As for access to The Wellbeing Club, you’ll receive an email with a link that you can share with the recipient once they’ve opened their gift!

  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Order by 12pm Monday-Friday for same day postage. Delivery times are estimated as follows:

    • Tracked 24 [1-2 Days]

    • Free Tracked 48 [3-4 Days]

    You will receive a tracking number for your order once it is shipped. Your order will fit through the letter box, so it doesn’t matter if you won’t be home for the delivery (although we know you’ll be super excited to open it!).

  • The journals are twelve weeks and are undated, so it doesn’t matter when you start and it doesn’t matter if you miss a day!

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
