  • Tasha Bailey is an author, award-winning content creator & integrative psychotherapist from London, UK. She has a Masters in Integrative Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy, and has worked with clients of all ages. Her speciality is self-love, identity, trauma and healing childhood wounds.

  • Firstly, how thoughtful of you - what a wonderful gift to give! Rest assured, no paperwork is included in the delivery box, so it’s ready to wrap as soon as it arrives.

  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Order by 12pm Monday-Friday for same day postage. Delivery times are estimated as follows:

    • Tracked 24 [1-2 Days]

    • Free Tracked 48 [3-4 Days]

    You will receive a tracking number for your order once it is shipped. Your order will fit through the letter box, so it doesn’t matter if you won’t be home for the delivery (although we know you’ll be super excited to open it!).

  • The journals are twelve weeks and are undated, so it doesn’t matter when you start and it doesn’t matter if you miss a day!

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note; products are only eligible for return if they are still in their original shrink-wrap seal.
